PRESCRIPTIONS:
To fill an order that requires a prescription, we must have a prescription in your file or we need a new one.
If you are ordering non-prescription items with this order we recommend that you place a separate order for those items. The non-prescription items in an order may be delayed by the prescription items, if both are ordered together.
PRESCRIPTION RE-ORDERS: For prescription refills just place the order normally and under comments mention that you have a prescription on file. The prescription needs to have refills authorized by your veterinarian. Otherwise we need a new prescription. |
